For all the products sold by 123 Video Magic, we provide 100% satisfaction guarantee. However, if you are not happy with the products received, we request you to return us the product within 7 days of delivery. When making a return, please ensure that the product should be in original condition, as it was at the time of delivery. The shipping charges will not be refunded for your purchase in any case. Also, we will have to charge an additional fee of 15% of the order value as a restocking fee for all refunds for goods in original condition. Restocking charges are not levied on any exchange or future credit.
We sincerely request you to carefully inspect all the products in detail when you receive them. In case you receive any defective or damaged good, we request you to contact us back immediately, within 3 days of delivery.
Light bulbs are not covered by warranty. If you receive a bulb that is broken, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt, and a replacement will be sent to you. We will not replace any broken or defective bulbs after 7 days.
Things to remember:
- We offer a 7 days return/refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may send the item back (at buyer’s expense) for a refund.
- Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.
- Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
- Return orders must be in the same condition as received WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- If conditions are not met item will be refunded minus a 15% restocking/service fee.
- Prior to returning any order, buyer must contact seller via email or phone for authorization.
- In case, you are receiving a refund through credit card, we request you to be patient and allow up to 2 billing cycles to refund to appear on your statement.
- Buyers must pay their return shipping charges
- If the customer places an order and makes payment for the photo supplies goods and does not pick up the goods within 15 days after the date of placing the order then customer (buyer) needs to pay 25% restocking fees of the order value as we have to stock/secure these items for the customer.
