At 123 Video Magic, we constantly strive to ensure that you get the best goods and you don't have to wait for long to get them. We like shipping your goods within 24 hours of order and if the order is placed before 12:00 pm EST, we ship them the very same day. Also, if you request for express shipping, we ensure that all the orders placed by 2:00 pm EST are shipped on the same day itself.
We surely understand that you are eager to use the goods; however, any kind of delay in the shipping of goods will not be our responsibility, in case of uncontrollable factors. Issues like Custom Clearing, Bad Weather, and Natural Calamity may lead to delay in delivery of your goods and we will not issue any kind of refund for the order placed by you. To ensure that you get all your ordered goods on time, we request you to mention your address properly for shipping purposes. Any kind of incomplete information in your contact and shipping information may lead to unwanted delays. Also, as per law, once the good is purchased, and delivered on your doorstep, we will not entertain any kind of refund request in case of theft.
- In United States, we provide free standard shipping to all the orders for value above $299. We would also provide you with USPS tacking ID for your reference.

- We deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses, or Puerto Rico by USPS service. EXTRA SHIPPING COSTS * apply!

- We are NOT liable for any international customs duty fees or brokerage fees.
- We are NOT responsible for any shipping delays as a result of the shipping company or customs clearing.
